Pay & Bonuses
- Top-Tier Base Pay: $18.00 – $22.00/hour (based on experience).
- 90-Day Bump: Performance evaluation at 90 days with a guaranteed pay increase for meeting our standards.
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.725/mile for all travel between properties on your route.
- Performance Bonuses: Earn extra through crew performance bonuses for top-rated teams.

Health, Wellness & Time Off
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 2 weeks of paid vacation after your first year of employment.

Because we are committed to protecting our hosts, their properties, our guests, and our team, we maintain strict security and trust standards. We conduct two comprehensive background checks—one prior to hiring, followed by a second post-hire check. We also conduct random background checks throughout employment to ensure ongoing safety and to protect all host and guest assets.
