Position Overview

This role is designed for high-performance hospitality professionals. We utilize an advanced 2-person crew assembly line model that cuts standard property turn times in half. By splitting tasks dynamically with your partner, your team will execute flawless, hotel-grade turns within strict check-in windows.

We utilize a "Greater-Of" Piece-Rate System under the FLSA. You are completely protected by a guaranteed safety floor of $15.00/hour for all tracked hours (including cleaning, prep, and drive time). However, when your crew works efficiently and beats standard time caps, your pay shifts to flat per-unit rates ($25 to #45 per property, per person), allowing efficient professionals to earn an effective rate of $16.67 to $32.14+ per hour.

Key Responsibilities (Choreographed Team Flow)

• Divide & Conquer Execution: Work seamlessly with an assigned partner to execute guest-ready turnovers on strict timelines using property-specific digital checklists.
• Staging & Detailing: Deep clean bathrooms and kitchens, sanitize high-touch surfaces, and restock consumable amenities to precise property par levels.
• Hotel-Grade Linens: Strip bedding, bag laundry, and precisely remake beds to strict geometric, hotel-fold standards using pre-washed linen packs.
• Photo Documentation: Use smartphone applications to photograph completed staging and document any property damages or missing items.
• Crew Synchronization: Meet up with your crew partner at a designated central location daily to carpool to job sites across the Orlando/Kissimmee tourism corridor.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as a housekeeper/cleaner in a luxury short-term rental (STR), resort, hotel, or high-end residential rotation.
• Ability to hit a hard 4:00 PM property-ready deadline without compromising quality.
• Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license, and strict commitment to our mandatory crew carpooling policy.
• Weekend availability (Rotating Weekends Required—Saturday and Sunday are our highest-volume production days).
• A modern smartphone (iOS or Android) capable of running geofenced time-tracking and checklist apps.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and provide 2 professional housekeeping references.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Coach the Squad: Manage, motivate, and hold accountable a team of 4 field-level Housekeeping Relationship Managers. Run weekly sales syncs and keep team energy high.
• Build the Sales Playbook: Write, test, and optimize high-converting phone scripts, social media messaging templates, and objection-handling guides for the team.
• Personal Lead Generation & Closing: Actively hunt for new business by calling high-value property management groups, boutique short-term rental companies, and luxury hosts to close recurring service agreements.
• Train on Social Sourcing: Teach and guide your team on how to successfully mine cold leads out of Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Pipeline Management: Own the CRM. Keep track of all sales activity, ensure the team is following up with their leads, and report weekly data to executive leadership.
